Below, you will find information about the type of session you can have, 1-1 sessions, followed by a breakdown of the different session options, depending on your goals, level of readiness, and how deep you’d like to go.

What type of session can I have?
I offer private sessions online, via phone and remotely only. If you would prefer to have an in-person session, please visit the global PSYCH-K® website for a list of PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitators.
Online via Zoom / Audio / Remotely
During our time together, you will experience 95% of the session as if we were together in person and you will go fully through the change processes yourself, with my guidance and support. The only difference between an in-person session and an online/telephone session is that I will do the muscle testing on your behalf and the muscle testing is carried out using a very sacred and respectful process called Surrogation.
We can imagine Surrogation being like one person calling another person on their mobile phone. When person A sees person B’s name come up on their phone, person A will click the connect button and they can have a chat together, even though they might in two different countries at the time. At the end of the call, they’ll both hang up and the call will be disconnected. Another metaphor that can be used to explain Surrogation, is when person A gives permission to person B, to have remote access to their computer, so person B can help person A to make the relevant changes. At the end of this remote session, both people will ‘log out’ of the system.
In spirituality, Surrogation can be associated with the Law of One (we’re all connected at the supersonsious/higher self aspect of the mind) and, in Quantum Physics, it’s known as the Entanglement Theory, which is the idea that two particles can become linked, so that whatever happens to one particle, the other is instantly affected, no matter how far apart they are. It’s pretty cool stuff.
Remote Sessions
I also offer remote sessions, whereby you are not required to be present online or on the phone. Remote sessions are also carried out using the process of Surrogation and I will email you the ‘results’ of the session once the session is complete.
Remote sessions are useful for anyone who is unable to participate in a session directly, e.g. a child under the age of 7, someone who has a disability that prevents them from engaging in a session or someone who is elderly and unable to participate. PSYCH-K® can even be used to help animals, using the process of Surrogation.
What will happen during a session?
During your session, we will look at how things are for you – what’s happening in your life or within yourself that you’d like to change. After we’ve talked about your current experience, we will go on to identify what experience you would much rather be having instead – how would you really like things to be if there were no blocks to getting there? These new, desired experiences are your goals and these goals can be emotional, mental, physical, practical or spiritual.
From here, we will go into the change process and reprogramme your subconscious mind with your new desired changes and I will support and guide you all the way through these steps. In PSYCH-K®, we call the change processes ‘Balances’ and the beautiful thing about every PSYCH-K® Balance, is that they have in built Permission Protocols. These protocols ensure that the changes you make are both safe and appropriate at every level.

It can be tempting to want to change everything in one session. However, focusing on one topic per session can be more meaningful than working on lots of different areas and, sometimes, it might take more than one session to resolve a particular obstacle.
There are a few different routes that can be taken, as a starting point for Balancing, during your session:
Transforming stressful thoughts or feelings from the past, the present or the future
If you feel stressed around a current situation, an experience from the past, or something that is coming up in the future, you can transform these stressful thoughts and feelings around the experience. The goal of this process is to reach a state of peace and non attachment whenever you think about the experience. It could even be about a person, or something that you fear, such as a phobia or the change itself.
If it’s difficult to talk about your current experience at first, or it’s very emotional, this process can support you with that.
Goal Statements (beliefs)
With my support, you’ll also be able to create wonderful Goal Statements. These statements are brand new beliefs, which are intended to help you move towards your goals.
These beliefs will help you pivot towards the experiences you’d much rather be having, instead of the experiences you’re currently having. I will guide and support you to create your new Goal Statements, so you won’t have to question if they’re the ‘right’ beliefs.
Messages from a Situation or Condition
The third option available is around determining if there is a message from a situation or a condition. Is the situation or condition trying to tell you something? This process can be helpful if your experience is persistent in your life, such as a habit or pattern you keep repeating, or maybe you have a health condition.
Here, we communicate directly with your ‘superconscious mind’ (the wisest part of you, that knows everything about you), to find out if it’s trying to send you a message through the experience.
Once the message has been identified, you’ll be able to either transform the perception of any stress around the situation or condition (as above) or create meaningful beliefs (also as above).
Action Steps
Changing beliefs in a PSYCH-K® session is like planting seeds in the subconscious mind. Once the new beliefs have been ‘planted’, and the desired changes have been made, you will have brand new potential available within you; possibilities that you may never have imagined before. This new potential and the new possibilities can be activated by taking tangible action steps towards your Goal.
Towards the end of the session, we will revisit your overall goal and create an action plan. The action plan usually consist of 2 or 3 action steps to take after the session, a bit like a to do list. These actions will help bring your new subconscious change into conscious awareness. The actions could be something you’ve tried to do before, but couldn’t, because you didn’t have the beliefs to support you. They could also be brand new action steps – something you’ve never tried before, but will be able to do now because you will have your new subconscious beliefs supporting you.
Above everything, my role is to help you connect to the power and the wisdom that is within you and to help you choose what you want to believe, rather than suggesting or telling you what I think you should believe. If I did this, I would take away your power and your right to choose and know what is right for you. My intention is to always to offer and hold a space for you to be able to freely explore your thoughts with me, so that, together, we can find a way forward.
The power to change really is within you.
During a PSYCH-K® session you will be able to connect with your inner wisdom, and, when this happens, it truly is a magical experience.

Before and after your session
All sessions
Prior to your first PSYCH-K® session, you will receive a pre session questionnaire with some questions to contemplate. If possible, I do ask that the questionnaire is completed and emailed to me at least 24 hours before your session, so that I have time to look at your answers. We’ll then go over the questionnaire during your session.
Online Zoom/Telephone sessions (before):
- It can be helpful to test out the video link before the session, so that you are familiar with it and ready in advance.
- Please have paper and a pen or pencil to write down your Goal Statements. It’s not a requirement, but many people do find being able to see their beliefs written down really helpful.
- Please ensure there will be no disruptions during your session e.g. a family member coming in and out of the room.
Online: Zoom/Telephone sessions (after):
- With your permission, after your session, I will share the changes you made by email, or another appropriate way of your choice.

Single Sessions

A single PSYCH-K® session can be helpful if:
- You have a specific short-term goal that you want to achieve.
- As a follow on session if you’ve experienced a PSYCH-K® session before
- You’re a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and would like an extra level of support
Benefits of a single Session:
- A great introduction to how PSYCH-K® works
- Helps you move forward when you’re stuck on one specific issue, such as a fear or phobia; or confidence around a job interview; making a difficult decision; transforming stress around a particular experience.
- When you know exactly what you want and what blocks you want to transform, without the need to for more exploratory work.
*Please note, there is limited time to work in a single session. If you have a more complex issue, or an experience that has multiple layers, it’s recommended to book the package of three sessions.

While a single session can be highly effective for specific, short term goals, some challenges are multi-layered. A package of three sessions can give you the time and space to work through one key area with layered or recurring challenges, or work on different themes.
This format offers space to explore a core theme or themes in more depth. It allows time for reflection and integration between sessions, and the work tends to build naturally as you go.
We can also explore any secondary gain benefits that might be keeping you where you are, and explore more options for change around your goals.
This option is ideal if you:
- Have ongoing, repetitive patterns or challenges that have been difficult to resolve.
- Want to go into more depth around a specific topic (e.g. health, relationships, career, addictions, habits, abundance blocks etc).
- Want to work on various topics (e.g., health, relationships, career clarity etc).
- Are seeking deeper self-awareness and long-term change.
- Feel ready to commit to meaningful transformation over time.
Benefits of a Three-Session Package:
- Space to explore interrelated beliefs and emotional layers
- Time to integrate and reflect between sessions
- Opportunity to refine and evolve goals as you progress
Each session will build on the last, creating a sense of continuity and depth that often reveals more insights than a single session can offer.
Session 1 – 1 hour 45 minutes
We will begin by identifying how things are for you now -what are you are currently experiencing that you would like to change. Then we will talk about how you’d like things to be instead. From here, we will move into the Balancing (change) processes. In a first session, you can expect to experience one to three Balances on average. Towards the end of the session, we will create an action plan together, for you to implement before your next session. At the end of session 1, we’ll book a date for session 2.
Session 2 – Up to 90 minutes
We will begin by reflecting on what’s changed for you, what has come to the surface since your first session and how your action steps went. Then, we’ll talk about what you would like to focus on in session 2, move onto creating your goals for the session, Balance your new goals and end the session by creating new action steps.
Session 3 – Up to 90 minutes
We’ll begin with a gentle check in to see how things have been unfolding for you. Then we’ll see what is left over from your previous two sessions and move into creating your goals for session 3. You will Balance these goals and finally create an action plan to help you move more confidently in the direction of your new, desired experiences.
*For the three and eight session packages, it’s recommended to have a space of at least two weeks in between sessions, to allow for the action steps to be implemented, to notice what has changed in your life and what shows up for your next steps on your journey of transformation.

This package can be beneficial for a full life review and long-term transformation
This is for those ready to take an honest look at their whole life—past, present, and future. It includes eight sessions, which can be used to explore multiple life areas (career, relationships, health, purpose, etc.), plus check-ins and accountability support between sessions to keep you grounded, consistent, and aligned.
This format creates the space for deeper inner work, powerful shifts, and sustained action over time.
Includes:
- A guided Life Review to assess where you are in your different life areas.
- Subconscious belief work across several areas of life.
- Accountability and reflection support between sessions.
- Tools to track progress and stay in alignment – you will be emailed a prompt journal to fill in in between sessions.
- Long-term integration of mindset shifts.

This can be a great option if you’re:

Please book a date/time for your first session. For the three and eight session packages, follow up sessions can be arranged and booked directly, at the end of each session.

2. Confirm with payment:
After you have reserved your appointment(s), please:
- note that your booking is not confirmed until you have made payment;
- click ‘Pay now online’ below, choose your Session type, ‘Add to basket’, then click ‘View Basket’ to actually proceed to payment;
- let me know if your payment will show up as a different name from that on the booking (e.g. if your PayPal account is in the name of your business).

3. Check your email
